Great session, however slight barrier is some individuals won't wear headsets which leads to feedback, not an issue just something that impacts.

Great introductory workshop and really enjoyed getting to know the expectations of the course and what i need to do. Ann was brilliant, very warm, engaging and answered every question succinctly and thoroughly.

Very knowledgeable , very friendly and explained everything really well.
