I did not really know what today would be like as this was the first workshop. I thought it would be more structured to the assignment - However, conscious there were Level 3 and 5 candidates on the course. I feel at the moment not quite sure where to start on the assignment as thought that may have come out of today - Something I will now look into.

Great workshop - really reflective and informative on how to approach people and motivate them

The budgeting and forecasting exercise was challenging because the examples focused on retail and marketing, which didn’t align well with public service contexts. My group and I struggled to apply the concepts and provide appropriate reasoning during the breakout session. What could be improved? It would be helpful if future workshops included examples and exercises tailored to public service settings. This would make the material more relevant and easier to apply to our work.
