The Course is very insightful and hands on practical. It has broaden my knowledge as a support worker and I wish to make positive impact on the people we support. The trainer ensured everyone is involved in the practical aspects and took time to explain everything to us.

The all day training was clearly demonstrated by a knowledgeable trainer who encouraged participation, making it engaging and fun.He used various learning methods which enabled us to learn new skills.
