Disjointed. The trainer was rude. One person turned up admittedly very late and she shouted at him to get out. No manners at all. Very rude. I arrived for the half day and the milk had run out for refreshments. I asked the trainer if we could have more and she said no once it's gone its gone despite the fact I had only just arrived. I decided to take the jug upstairs to the hotel team and they were more than happy to fill it up. Felt like the trainer was a drill sergeant or school teacher and kept telling people off for touching their phones. Very patronising and rude. Theres a way of encouraging engagement and hers was quite frankly embarrassing
The training was very rushed. There were individuals in training who didn't have previous knowledge and understanding of BSL and moving and handling. They did not get more help especially with BSL
Wasted 10 mins watching promotional videos. Rushed, waste of time, didn't learn a thing!
No offence to the trainer but the course was basic, rushed wasted time watching promotional videos. Did not learn a thing
Not appropriate for theatre staff. This course is really aimed at health care in homes.
This course is a complete joke. One slide per ‘subject’ for example safeguarding, no scenarios, incorrect information conveyed. Random info on learning disabilities no apparently related to course learning outcomes. The trainer belittled or shut down anyone who expressed an opinion different to hers. Unsafe hoist demonstration and no other manual Handling demonstrated or discussed. Unsafe CPR training. If this was the only training that someone received they would be a risk to themselves and others with manual handling and BLS

Karen was mean to me when I came in one minute late by refusing to allow me in even after I told her what happened that my train was delayed and missed my way to the hotel where the training was holding I had to go back home losing about £120 plus travelling which I feel is very mean not putting people into consideration when I came in today she didn't even say hi she just ask what is your name which I feel is quite rude.
