Although this was a mandatory training, the instructor made it an engaging and valuable experience. The instructor’s deep knowledge and approachable style encouraged participation and made it easy to stay focused. This was one of the most effective mandatory trainings have attended, and I would gladly attend future sessions with this instructor.
