I had the best training today,I learnt a lot of practical and theory which has equipped my skills and knowledge,I learnt how to hoist.Do CPR ,chocking.

The course is very interactive and lively

The trainer was very engaging and interacted well with the trainees. I found the training was educative and insightful too. I would have liked if there were handbooks given out for later reference. Overall, it was a good formal environment as each trainee fully participated in the tasks.

Being allowed 1 coffee on a 7.5 hour day is a bit ridiculous. The course tutor was very knowledgeable, and patient with the difficult members of the course. It would be good if he could allow questions, but limit people telling stories about themselves to allow for more time for the course content so it isn't so rushed. Also with the second lot coming in 15mins were wasted going through their introductions etc, which could have been done in our lunch break. The TV wasn't working, the projector picture wasn't big enough to read the text.
