A really good course that challenges the way that we think.

A very informative course that gives a detailed teaching on the American approach to food safety. Well layed out and executed very well by the tutor

Denis was relaxed and informed as an instructor. He promoted question and challenge from participants, and was willing to admit when he struggled with a concept or did not know an answer, which made him much more relatable as a tutor. The course material, though heavy going for 20hours was managed at a reasonable pace and Denis took the time to check in after each chapter to ensure that all participants were keeping up and understanding. Overall it was a really enjoyable and informative training course.
