Dorian was our trainer for the course and he was excellent to say these least, I had no prior knowledge on the sort of subject but he explained everything perfectly to me and the rest of the class. He was straight to the point but also without missing and key details, Also very up to date on rules and regs to keep us and everyone around us safe when carrying out our future duties.

It was a simple course, well delivered and I enjoyed it. There was encouraged interaction between the students and trainer which lightened the content with experienced based anecdotes scattered throughout. The subject of emergency lights can be considered dull, it was made interesting by the trainer, highly recommended.

Overall, the course is excellent and the trainer has a good grasp of all the topic. This has definitely shape my knowledge DC in telecom.

I appreciated being able to attend both the PV and then immediate follow-on to the battery course, which Sam avoided too much duplication of information. Keeping on track with the learning timetable, also meant that we were able to fit both technologies into 4-days, rather than five, which some other training organizations seem to do. The presentation board, was also excellent for explaining various points, which I found very helpful to understand some elements. Overall, I thought you all provided an excellent experience. Thank you.

Sam was excellent, the course was very informative and I passed which was great. I would say that the other learners and I felt that it was a bit rushed, there was a lot to take in in a very short period of time.......I am sure everybody passed which was the aim, so the system is working!

I'm a novice when comes electrics but this really helped me

At a training centre where you have a supply of Lotus Biscoff biscuits all day what could go wrong. The training & learning provided was a great added bonus.
