I gained a great deal from Grief and loss as a over arching subject. Transferring the theory to every day life and awareness has pushed me through a gate that I can never go back through. Once you know, YOU KNOW.

Useful course, very enjoyable

I sometimes found the structure of the marked assignments confusing. But if I'd had a better rapport with my tutor, I would probably have asked for clarification. I would like to add that my husband did the same course last year, and he was very happy with his tutor.

Rich, very comprehensive and easy to follow

I have never done distance learning before, but felt very motivated and supported by the tutor's feedback and the material was easy to access and well structured.

course content materials were good, my only criticism is the initial instructions were hard to understand what was expected.

There was a lot of useful content in the diploma in youth counselling course but I felt that it would have helped to have seen some more examples/ role plays of counselling conversations in practice

I thoroughly enjoyed this course and found it very useful. I thought there were ample opportunities for practical application as well as theoretical.

The course content was good. Reference to particular chapters in the texts might be helpful. More online resources eg YouTube, would be useful.

The subjects were applicable to many situations and the notes easily understandable and well laid out.
