A really excellent programme. In my long career in IT, this has been the best. The mix of theory and in-practice 'learn by doing' plus the built in 'time to reflect' together with the depth of knowledge and experience of the presenters all ties in to make a perfect training approach. It also builds new contacts across the organisation that we wouldn't otherwise have. Perfect. 5 stars. Would highly recommend!

Very well put together , the commitment to timings is very impressive and takes a lot of work out of view ! I really like that all the staff at the hotel/ activities are really invested in the program and details this add an additional layer on top of the work by the LT and really helped to get into the mindset !
