Just wrapped up the Leadership Trust programme — and what an experience. Incredible people, incredible content, and one of the most intense weeks I’ve done in a long time, maybe ever. It really pushes you — not just in how you lead others, but how you understand yourself. There’s nowhere to hide, but that’s exactly where the value is. The learning is real, practical, and it sticks. I’m walking away with a lot to reflect on, a lot to work on, and a lot of appreciation for the people I went through it with. If you get the opportunity to do it — take it. It’s tough, but absolutely worth it. Appreciate the team running in.

The course was challenging, exhilarating and fun and gave some personal learning points as a senior leader which were different to other courses I have been on.
