I already heard alot of positive things about the program which worried me that i might be let down after the hype. But it was so effectively structured, strongly facilitated with tangible lessons to be learned it restored my faith in leadership development programs. The reviews and strong facilitation of those dicussions were the most effective part of the program.

The Leadership in Management Program has been an exceptional and highly rewarding experience.
