A really enjoyable course which went quickly. I enjoyed the different challenges that were set and reviewing them with open and honest conversations. I now want to take my learning and put it into practice so it does not go to waste.

Overall, I started the programme with a bit of scepticism and didn’t expect it to make a significant difference. However, I have to admit that it has had a noticeable impact on my communication skills. The Harrison assessment was particularly insightful. The best part of the programme, in my view, was the trainers, John and Olivia, who were amazing, highly interactive, and made the entire course engaging and far from boring. Overall, it was a great programme. How much one learns from it truly depends on the individual, if you are receptive and open to what’s being offered, there’s plenty to take away.
