Bob was an excellent facilitator and I found him both knowledgeable and overall he made the course interesting and kept us on track for our learning.

All aspects of the material were explained fully, in an understandable manner. The course material is in depth without being over the top, and will prove to be very helpful going forward. Daf is an excellent tutor. He explained the course content in a clear and understandable manner that makes me feel confident for the next stages of the course
Overall, I have really enjoyed the course. This opportunity allowed me to further build on previous training and experience gained through other health and safety related learning. Much of the content reinforced knowledge I have already developed through my career and workplace experience, while also giving me the opportunity to explore subjects that I have had less exposure to in greater depth. I found this balance particularly useful, as it helped strengthen my understanding in familiar areas whilst developing my confidence in new ones. The course has given me knowledge that I can apply in my role, helping me better support both the business and employees and I am hopeful it has also prepared me well for the assessment.
