Tutor was excellent, very knowledgable. Shame the packs didn’t show up till midway through day 2.

The course content was excellent but geared heavily towards the petro-chemical industry. At BAE Systems sites a lot of the info was relevant but some was not. However, overall, the course was well presented and the content was informative and interesting.

Lots of details within this course that can be used to take forward into my job role. Daf was great at interacting with everyone and he is very clear and precise in teaching us. Daf was also patient when it I needed to ask extra questions.

Andy was a really good trainer who explained things clearly. Really well structured.

The only drawback was the use of teams. It's just personal preference that I learn better in a classroom environment,

The slides don't always correspond with the layout in the workbook and can lead to confusion. Would be ideal if it gave workbook page number to help you locate the relevant page on each slide.
