The online training is a good introduction to the course material which must then be read and digested. Our tutor was very good on explaining the exam technique which is clearly going to be essential.

Some of the slides we're repetitive but other than that, well laid out.

like the course, lots of useful info. definitely aspects i will take away and use throughout my daily work and hopefully will enable me to improve processses we have at the depot.

Paul has expert knowledge of this area and was able to answer all questions asked of him. It is a complex subject with lots of information so maybe could have broken up the session with more breakout rooms to instigate conversations within the peer group.

Excellent in depth training which provided good understanding of the pitfalls of manual handling.

An observation made on the course material. I find the course material can be more diverse. I mean by this, someone like myself, learns better on a visual basis. I believe having videos and real life scenarios added in the course material would be of benefit, not only to those who learn visually, but everyone in general as in could be related to real life experiences.

The second week i found easier to relate to in my work area.
