Isabel is highly knowledgeable in the content given. Good interaction with the group, and helped in reaffirming my understanding of CDM, while adding new learning.

The ample amount of resources along with how Isabel spoke through every stage made this course incredibly useful, especially as someone who is new to much of what was being explained.

Very good training

Tutor was exceptionally knowledgeable and the content was very relevant. However due to to ongoing issues with procedures at Hitachi it will not be possible to implement the knowledge until things are rectified

Tutor delivered the course really good, a lot of information to take in hopefully this will help next time a permit needs raising

The tutor was exceptional in carrying out the training, her knowledge was extensive and created very good points of discussing in which she held her own and showed she was a subject expert. The actual course I don't believe aligns with the current Hitachi process and procedures which seems like a missed opportunity from Hitachi to have someone deliver a course that should align with these procedures.

There were many slides to review and go over in a couple of days.

Luke was really interesting and it was a very enjoyable course.
