I had covered this course previously so it was a refresher for me the tutor was very knowledgeable and continuously tried to make it interactive
Engaging & thought provoking. Offered a broad range of examples to support the conversations
We all need this refresh to challenge ourselves and remind us of our obligations
I thought the overall course well well delivered and at a good pace and was made light hearted but not silly and everyone enjoyed it and Debbi's manner and style was well received and she was extremely knowledgeable about the work, and being from a construction background helped and that was evident from the start and throughout Some of my scoring reflects what I already knew, however, it is always good to refresh ones point of view as much as the content

Excellent tutor on week 3, the teaching improved massively as the weeks went by overall in the course.
Overall an excellent and very worthwhile course. At times the group exercises seemed quite excessive to complete over MS TEAMS and may have been easier in a classroom based environment. Trainers knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for the subject was exceptional!
A very useful training course and I am coming away with a wealth of areas for improvement and actioning for me and my team.
