This health and safety course was clear, engaging, and relevant to my role. The content was well structured and easy to follow, with practical examples that helped bring the legislation and procedures to life. I especially valued the focus on real workplace scenarios, risk assessment, and personal responsibility, which increased my confidence in applying the learning day to day. The trainer explained complex topics in a simple, accessible way and encouraged participation throughout. Overall, the course reinforced the importance of working safely, improved my awareness of potential hazards, and provided useful tools to help maintain a safe, compliant environment.

Informative and clearly presented

It was a slow start, but that was probably due to us, this role is new to all or us, so we are converting this course to our way or working.
