Good coverage,

It would have beneficial if the instructor was marking our homework

Risk assessment training was good knowledge improvement of process of risk assessing and future proofing robust working practices.

Personally prefer in person training but still good

The trainer was excellent, very engaging, professional and knowledgeable about the subject. My only compliant and why I did not give 5 stars was because of the assessment. The repeated tasks (PEACE) for 3 videos was not well designed. Some videos had no evaluation element. This section felt clunky and not in keeping with the rest which was more professional. In terms of the content felt there was too much effort on the theory and not enough on the practical aspect of how to carry out an interview and get to the key issues which caused the accident.

Course was delivered in a informative and interactive manner. Huw was very engaging.

The course could have been more relevant to our industry. Tutor could have had a better knowledge of Swarco as only our staff on the course.

Very well structured and well presented. But for the exam I feel that I should have done about 5-10 hours independent studying to get the 100%. I was not prepared for independent studying and did not plan for it. Some topics were quickly talked through and as my first time on H&S course it was a lot of information.

great material and with the clear demonstration of the tutors. Good time manager to consider the different time zones.
