Out of date procedure

Very intense, lots to learn. Seems very dependent on the tutor as to how they deliver the course and how that impacts the learning experience.

course was very well presented. clear and easy to understand. the more longer videos would be best shown early in the day rather than towards then end after looking at the screen most of the day. really enjoyable course. I feel a lot more confident now about the course in general than i did at the start of the week. thank you adam

Very engaging course with good use of learner styles

The time to deliver was too short as there was so much information to go over; two days would've been better. Steve was very good and delivered the training with the right amount of seriousness and humour.

Good conversation throughout the day

Could be better if number of days for training is increased to at least 4

Could have been tailored slightly more to our job specific context - maybe this was not the ask from MDLZ?

Very interactive and clear presentation

Gary was really engaging and turned what could be a very dry (but necessary) subject into something that we could relate to. Good real world examples and an appropriate pace and level of energy. Thanks
