a long course but very informative. could be improved being more interactive

course was good, but not relevant to Probation operations and the trainer was not really aware of the business with anecdotes related to other business and some was irrelevant. Increased information about legislation and impact would help

Very informative course

A lot to take in given the number of subjects and topics covered over the week. The start around the Law was very intense and overwhelming, but then the following subjects more enjoyable and found easier.

Very good course, a lot to get through in one sitting

Trainer - great! Brought good context and real-life examples to aid understanding. Course length - a little to long for the lack of complexity (may be due to my previous knowledge). Too many delegates. Would have preferred face-to-face, but it was delivered excellently (especially considering it is the first time Chris has done an online session).

Very informative thoroughly enjoyed course, tutor very knowledgeable and consice.

Good course but very information heavy (particularly on the law / legal element). Would have been more pertinent to explore how to apply EMS standards to our everyday working environment then dig too deep into high-level legislation and law.
