I am really happy with the training content delivered and feel this will suit the requirements of my current role very well. I would like to feedback that some facility for marking practice questions should be considered by the learning provider as this would increase learner confidence in application of the subject matter and increase likelihood of better assessment scoring and learner satisfaction.

A lot of information in week one but great training material and tutor knowledge. The course was well paced and interactive.

I have really enjoyed it. I liked videos as it was a powerful message behind the theory. have used few of them to show it to other team members when delivering training around Housekeeping or Handover.
