She was also good at creating a team atmosphere, which made the course go smoothly and enjoyably, and I felt that the instructor was of a very high level. The explanations were also very easy to understand and I learned a lot!
This can be a tough subject but Andy was engaged and engaging. Very well done, clearly knows his stuff
Good and informative course. Relevant information to current role.
Good useful course, delivered very well by Andy.
Lynsey was fabulous. Very engaging and knowledgeable
Great passionate facilitator- Lynsey Mason very knowledgeable and learnt a lot from her.
Disappointed that all who where on the course were working from different learning materials. It would be better and more efficient if you sent out hard copies to amyone else doing the course.
Delivered the session in a very positive and informative dialogue which kept me focused on the training.
The tutor was great. He made a very dry subject seem more interesting.
