Signing up for the course, there were some technical issues, but Adam was so helpful and got them sorted quickly. The tutor Gary was great - super knowledgeable and engaging. He managed to break down some very large and amorphous concepts down into easily digestible lessons that were good for both experienced learners and complete newcomers. He created a relaxed but open environment for learning, where I felt comfortable asking questions when needed. Very high quality learning materials, felt very professional and confident in my company's choice for course delivery.
Isabel was great, very engaging, able to answer questions on the content in a clear and concise manner. Very reassuring when coaching us all on how to tackle the exam.
Andy was very informative and gave some excellent advise and interesting points for me to work on,consider and become a more stronger, observant and efficient fire marshall.
Tim was amazing safety has been my weak area and I was worried coming into this session as I thought I would be out of place in terms of my knowledge but Tim made it really interactive and easy to follow.
Great trainer very engaging and did a great job explaining content
Week two was so much better than week one, thanks Ravi
Ravi was very clear and concise and had a vast knowledge of the subject. Really feel she has prepped me correctly for the exam.
Ravi was very knowledgeable in this field of training
Tutor very knowledgeable, communicated well and engaged the delegates effectively.
I feel week two was excellent due to the trainer Ravi. Ravi explained everything and made each topic come to life. I learnt more in day one with Ravi than 5 days in week one. Great course, best trainer I’ve had in 34 years in Welsh Water. Thank you Ravi.
