This course definitely needed more time, there was so much to learn and digest. I would say about 20% of today's session will stick. I will definitely need to retake the course in say 6 months time to refresh and take in some more information

If there are further courses / training then perhaps have job specific roles in attendance at the same time eg highways and focus more on that area of work. Otherwise very well delivered course, thank you.

Overall very good experience, very knowledgeable instructors and very well presented material.

The course could include further information regarding our processes. But this would mean the tutor would have to know our process off by heart before giving the course

Good course

Given that this was a long training session, Chris' instruction approach and engaging style is highly commendable and made for a very worthwhile learning session overall. The session could in future benefit from Thames Water specific project examples that highlight the various CDM actors.

Misunderstanding over the length of the course, so slightly rushed at the end, however I believe all relevant subjects were covered.

Only criticism is perhaps the length of course maybe should take a day longer.

Good course that summarised the key points well. Provided a comprehensive overview of the management of confined space work.

Course was theoretical, however, it was felt that the team members would have benefitted from some practical exposure for those that have not previously used abrasive wheel equipment.
