really good course and really applicable to the day job

Tutor was excellent, very knowledgable. Shame the packs didn’t show up till midway through day 2.

The trainer was really engaging and made the topic enjoyable throughout the day. His examples were good and splitting up into groups to understand and explain the topics was also great.

The course content was excellent but geared heavily towards the petro-chemical industry. At BAE Systems sites a lot of the info was relevant but some was not. However, overall, the course was well presented and the content was informative and interesting.
