The course gave good oversight of H&S and identified gaps in the cohorts knowledge. I feel a more tailored session on the lead up to this certificated session could have supported more appropriate dialogue, although we were very open and honest which could have been part of the overall objective. Andy controlled the discussions well, supported our wider thinking and pinned down our commitment return.

I am new to the mse roll so still need to get to grips with a lot more of the hse side of the job. Very good course to go on 1st as it has outlined how much I need to learn before confidently attempting permit writing
