Thanks for this training. The materials, the tutor´s knowledges and the manner as he deliver the training were very good and interesting.

The slides and the handouts don't always flow together. Jim was excellent, probably the best of the 3 trainers we have had. I wish we had had him from day 1 week 1 to be honest. The week went well. He was the best at letting conversation go, he gave us good breaks to decompress and was great at adding extra stuff and websites to back up the discussion.

The tutor was excellent – very clear and engaging. Occasionally repeated some points and went a bit broad, but overall it was a great and very helpful session.

Good worthwhile course

The course gave good oversight of H&S and identified gaps in the cohorts knowledge. I feel a more tailored session on the lead up to this certificated session could have supported more appropriate dialogue, although we were very open and honest which could have been part of the overall objective. Andy controlled the discussions well, supported our wider thinking and pinned down our commitment return.
