The course was brilliant. The only negative I have, is to say that I didn't receive the course materials until midway through the course and as much as I had the online version, I'm much happier reading a book, where I can write comments or highlight areas I want to explore further. I understand this was down to an issue with the printers, but still frustrating. Our tutor Isabel was very knowledgeable and always happy to support and answer any questions we had. Overall, very good, thank you.
very digestible contents, split in to manageable sections an good team interactions between participants, helpful and open to questions being asked , good humor, thanks
I found the course very interesting and easy to follow. It can be a bit of a dry subject but Adam kept it moving and interesting.
Was a great course and the tutor was very helpful in preparing me for the exam
excellent delivery by chris, kept the course moving and it was really good . great work chris, brush up on the jokes.
Slightly disappointed not to get Certificate in Fire Safety booklet, I did end up buying one myself.
I feel fairly confident with what i've learnt this past week and hoping to take it forward into my current role and hopefully as a full time profession in the future. The course was split between 2 tutor due to unforeseen illness but there was no disruption to the training and both tutor although different teaching styles kept me engaged throughout.
Very well delivered & simplified to understand clearly & easily.
