Just want to thank Debbie for presenting the course in such a great way, im not usually one to put myself out there when it comes to discussions but i feel with the back up and help from yourself it made everything a lot easier.

Excellent relevant presentation from a tutor with real life relatable experience

Effective delivery of what many would consider to be a dry subject. Easy to understand seriousness of consequences for bad working practices and how to mitigate. Would be useful for non-leaders to attend also to reinforce messages.

Online courses are always difficult to be engaged for long periods of time but Debbie is incredibly patient and supportive of a large group. She made the topic as interesting as possible, relatable and created lots of engagement and break out groups. She clearly has an in depth amount of knowledge so can give clear guidance and support. The subject matters were broken down to make them digestible and repeated to help them stick. Thank you
