Good course very informative/ level of detail was good for the duration...

Really good course. Wasn't an overload of information - very specific to what we needed to know and Gary kept us engaged with good knowledge & personality and ensured we were aware of learning points where necessary. I have learnt a lot in a very short space of time and am very grateful for the time Gary has given and the amount that I have learnt. The tech was good and the variety of tools used for learning was varied to keep good attention.

Signing up for the course, there were some technical issues, but Adam was so helpful and got them sorted quickly. The tutor Gary was great - super knowledgeable and engaging. He managed to break down some very large and amorphous concepts down into easily digestible lessons that were good for both experienced learners and complete newcomers. He created a relaxed but open environment for learning, where I felt comfortable asking questions when needed. Very high quality learning materials, felt very professional and confident in my company's choice for course delivery.

Course detail was dated.

Isabel was great, very engaging, able to answer questions on the content in a clear and concise manner. Very reassuring when coaching us all on how to tackle the exam.

I feel week two was excellent due to the trainer Ravi. Ravi explained everything and made each topic come to life. I learnt more in day one with Ravi than 5 days in week one. Great course, best trainer I’ve had in 34 years in Welsh Water. Thank you Ravi.
