Great facilitator. Good course material as fire marshall. But it doesn't cover the Evacuation controller role at Yusen.

As a fire Marshall / warden course I think this is invaluable course and more people if not all in Yusen should attend. This should not however be linked as an Evacuation Controller.

Ravi was engaging and knowledgeable and ensured all members were involved.
