Very good training and trainer. However, for non native English speakers like me, sometimes the wording is quite difficult. However, Gary gave us some more time during the training to read the training material which helped. I know the training is tailored for the UK where I do not live, so therefore somethings like the courts, specific legal situations are different. But in general I gained a lot of information which will help in my daily job.

Enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainers. Relevant, useable examples. Very helpful.

Good course, would need to do one to see how well I can do. As Chris says do it with an open mind and ask the right questions
