Great input from tutor and opportunities to discuss
found it really good especially with the mix across various industries and not confined to just airlines
very comprehensive - with great hard-copy pack to run alongside the course. I was very impressed with the organisation behind sending the booklet out - received the day before the training day. Really excellent.
The course content was relevant to my role and it was good to have other delegates from other industries to share varied experiences.
Lots of knowledge covered. Valuable breakout sessions with a wide range of industries represented
Interesting course and well delivered by the Instructor
Well delivered, very informative but probably a lot of content to cover for one day.
