Good course

Having done several CSR courses over the years, this has certainly been the most engaging yet and was very well presented.

A really valuable course, covering many different scenarios that could present themselves in everyday life. The course was delivered in a manner which was easily understood and real life examples conveyed how various incidents could arise and be effectively dealt with.
