I took a paediatric first aid course 5 years ago and this recent one was miles above and beyond the experience I had before. I have been left feeling more confident and knowledgeable especially with the booklet, videos, examples and open discussions helping to relate back to our actual lives.

Coarse was a great refresher. Covering some subjects that I needed updating
John made me feel very relaxed, his demonstration on all tasks was well explained.
The course was very well presented with a good mix of theory and practical activities. John was very easy to listen to.
