This course is too long when lone working and trying to manage the scheme
Quite slow, the full text of the SOS user guide was read out which was unnecessary. Should definitely be a half day course. Trainer was mostly just reading from the screen
I think there was a lot of confusion regarding what rospa required and what they were marking against
I understand it is not the trainers fault, there seeems to be a disconnect between Health Matters NI and ROSPA, at various times throughout the course it was not always entirely clear what exactly ROSPA were looking for in the asssessment, I had to change session plans and slides to accomodate to changing information
