"Trainer" arrived late, course started 45 minutes after it should have. Multiple language and grammar errors in the course materials. The "trainer" literally just read every word on every slide of the PowerPoint. It was embarrassing. On one of the two occasions he sought feedback he laughed at a woman who stumbled over her words saying "It's funny when people can't read their own handwriting" A total waste of everyone's time and travel costs.

Very boring course, despite the trainers best efforts to make it interesting. 3 days is excessive for the content in my opinion.

Trainer excellent Enjoyed the course

I could hardly make out a word the trainer was saying when he read out of the book or off the power point. It was a great nursing refresher and useful for myself .

Enjoyed the day for once the trainer was very good and made everything easier to understand
