In the past at such courses there were videos which showed the devastating impact large fires have on premises and people’s lives. This was very emotive and gave people a fuller understanding of how poorly managed premises / business can lead to death and unnecessary destruction. Might be an idea to consider bringing one of these examples to show how important a little knowledge is and what it might prevent.

I really enjoyed the fact that there was a practical element to the course. I have never had the opportunity to use a fire extinguisher in previous courses in Belfast and found the experience educational and interesting
