Enjoyed the course very much. I've now had a refresher course 3 times and this one was the best taught.

Tony was engaging throughout and made the course not only informative but fun. It was a relaxed teaching environment in which I was able to enjoy the learning. I would fully recommend this course to any and Tony as a trainer is an outstanding assist to your company.

Tony was an excellent tutor, his knowledge was exceptional, it was clear he has a wealth of experience. His pace was good and provided plenty of opportunities to ask questions & practice techniques.

Course was really interesting and covered a lot!!! Was expecting it to be boring in places or so I was told but enjoyed every minute. Was delivered professionally and engagingly. Our Trainer Tony was brilliant, very welcoming, approachable, put everyone at ease and knew his stuff. The course was delivered in a way it kept us interested and engaged the whole way through! Highly recommend. No questions were deemed silly or too small to answer.

I always put off doing this course as I don’t feel I’m medically minded and I didn’t want the responsibility at school. Since having my own children I thought it would be good to have. I am now equipped with a much better knowledge and understanding of how to best deal with a range of scenarios. Tony gave us lots of time to practise and ask questions. I’m more confident now than I thought I’d be!!
