Informative but fun, a long day that flew away

For someone who is always busy and doesn’t have enough hours in the day I was concerned that this would be a waste of time. Boy, I was wrong. They listen carefully to what you do. They extract each job and cater something to help everyone and not just be selective. They don’t make you feel stupid. And they come up with some great solutions or advice to start the ball rolling.

It’s a fantastic training. It helps in understanding areas to focus on a crisis situation while addressing a media. One should not deviate from the fundamental message which we as a company representative communicate to the audience.
