A very good course to increase your confidence in crisis media training

Excellent training that gave me exactly what I needed

Really good tips and tricks to how to manage challenging conversations. Including difficult questions from interviewers. You go in very nervous but feel relaxed towards the end of the day

Very good role play exercises that challenged and probed. Kept going until improvement was seen.
