Really useful training to help you cope with the media

Informative. I’ve learned some very good skills which are not only transferable to my job role, but also my day to day life. I’ve identified some areas which I need to work on, and have taken some tips away so I can do this in my own time to try and improve myself in these areas.

Good course as a stepping stone for new starters and giving exposure to aspects of communication is of help. The low rating for meeting my objectives is due to my personal expectations and not the course content. I want my hand to be held and live communication or posts to be done during the course. An option to provide support 6 months to a year after the course would be beneficial.
