Just brilliant - I learnt a huge amount and feel I have got more out of today than I could have imagined. I have learnt methods and processes that I will apply throughout all of my writing work and will use in all aspects of my life. The trainers were very engaging, conscientious and knowledgeable - it was a pleasure to meet and work with them.
