A really helpful masterclass in the principles and practical outworking of an intentional approach to media comms. Charles made me feel at ease immediately and his professional expertise was outstanding, as was his understanding of my particular sector. I was challenged but never overwhelmed and felt that I came away with skills that can help transform our approach to communicating with different audiences.
