Exceptionally useful in all aspects of my work role
Really useful to reset and prepare for a range of media engagements
It’s the most valuable training course I have ever done. Part of me was dreading it, but Elisa made me feel really prepared and supported and got the best out of me. I really surprised myself and am leaving feeling so much more confident.
I had practical experience on media engagement delivered by mediafirst. It has been one of the best experiences and I recommend it for all individuals preparing for future public engagement.
Interesting and also thought provoking.

Wonderfully organised and executed. Special praise for Mark McQuillan who was an outstanding instructor.
Amazing training that really builds your skills in how to respond to the media and share your story concisely and in an impactful way
