Very I Useful tips and techniques, feel much more prepared should I be called upon but hopefully never needed!

It is quite helpful but I think that the objectives and the focus should be more clear at the start of the day to take the best out of it. If you keep changing you target along the day, you might lose confidence instead of gaining it
