Such a great training day. Really beneficial to have real scenarios and the studios give you that ‘real time’ experience. Laura and Chris were great at giving feedback through the day and helping tailor scenarios to us individually, to really help day to day as well as in media.

The objectives were discussed at the start of the meeting, content was taylored and objectives reviewed at the end Very easy going day, with frequent breaks, great atmosphere and good pace
