Great, course. Good to have a refresh of information learnt in previous years as well as learning something new.
Very helpful for time saving tips & other useful information
The course was fun and informative. Great trainer. Easy to follow, plenty of time for questions and providing targeted support to real life scenarios that we encounter.
It was very pleasant and easy to understand where I was at at all times.
Chris was a fantastic teacher, extremely interactive and great at answering questions. He kept us all on track and entertained whilst learning a huge amount. I like the way it was structured and never felt overwhelmed.
Very good course for someone taking a small step into technical reporting. The delivery of the session was above expectation. Thanks Chris!
