Temperature in room was hit and miss. Other than that, it's a lovely location - very handy that it's so close to the office. and retailers for lunch. Very comfortable. Kevin's pace was excellent. His manner and tone was spot on. Can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you very much Kevin - and for your patience when I needed to double check things.
