Very enjoyable and informative day from start to finish. Teacher was excellent and went through everything in an easy to understand manor, and at a good pace. The course covered everything I wanted to.

Great pacing, communication, friendly & professional! lots of useful content. intuitively knew when an issue was technical knowledge, Vs more of a confidence barrier. All of what we learned has practical application in my line of work, so it's L&D budget well spent!
