I thoroughly enjoyed the Intermediate Course. I decided to take it after completing the Introductory Course. Once again the tutor was really informative and took the time to explain each topic in detail. There was even the option to go through things on a 1:1 basis, away from the rest of the class, if you felt you needed that little bit of extra support. Really nice touch.
Enjoyed the training, informative, trainer was patient and very helpful.
The training was great, the only thing I would suggest is proposing some shorter sessions (after the 3 hours in a morning I had a hard time to regroup). Smaller sessions would also maybe allow to attend more easily when we have busy work schedules. Otherwise, thank you very much, I have learned a lot of new things today! Best, Axelle
I believe that the materials could be more explanatory, this would allow us to go back to the materials anytime we few it is needed.
Very useful course overall. Also the way the topics are explained is really clear and the exercises are practical and linked to real situation we may face in our daily work.
Chris was very helpful, thorough and he made the training interesting and easy to understand. The training was relevant to my work and I have learned quite a lot.
Really enjoyed this training, I am confident that I will be able to use the skills I have been taught today. I am also reassured that I will be able to ask for support if needed in the next few months. I appreciated Chris's passion and enjoyment for teaching the subject. I also appreciated Joetta's input. excellent course with lots of simple workarounds. remembering them all will be the harder bit!! but once we have a practice it will become second nature. good practice worksheets too, very user friendly and set up ready to practice new skills on. thank you!
