This training was really exciting. As the Admin and Ops manager, I use spreadsheets all the time, but not very efficiently. This training will enable us to implement parts into our procedures to work faster and tidier which is crucial for us. There were some real 'wow' moments for us all. The training has truly been invaluable. Pat was patient and knowledgeable and provided us with clear instructions and demonstrations to make what may seem complicated concise and easy.
